D.2 Daily Operator Review

Use these five questions at a regular cadence and after consequential changes. The card introduces no new measures; each question points to the card that helps answer it.

1. Did durable work move forward? → Dashboard and System Health. Check accepted capability, reopenings, rollbacks, and unexpected churn.
2. Did any trusted representation become doubtful? → Representation Health. Check the correspondence claims that current work actually depends on.
3. Did an obligation escape the mechanism intended to enforce it? → System Health and Release Readiness. Identify the boundary, evidence, validator, or gate that failed, or confirm that the obligation was intentionally left to judgment.
4. What did a human have to reconstruct or decide again? → Human Judgment. Repeated semantic work may be worth making explicit or durable, but recurrence alone does not justify automation.
5. What should the environment learn from the recurrence? → Governance Conversion and Engineering Capital. Decide whether the lesson justifies a representation, control, procedure, architectural change, retirement of stale machinery, or no durable change.
